Wagga Wagga to host public hearings on healthcare funding

The Special Commission of Inquiry into Healthcare Funding will hold public hearings in Wagga Wagga from 18 to 22 March 2024 at the Wagga Wagga Local and District Courts.

Prior to the hearings, the Inquiry will conduct site visits to local healthcare facilities and engage in consultations with stakeholders and community members in the Wagga Wagga region from 13-15 March, 2024.

On 14 March 2024, the Commission will host a public forum at PCYC Wagga Wagga (11 Fitzhardinge St) from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

This forum will provide an opportunity for members of the public to present their views and experiences regarding healthcare funding in the region. Members of the public are encouraged to register their interest in attending the public forum through the inquiry’s website.
