Inquiry into Healthcare Funding Inquiry assembles expert advisory panel

The Special Commission of Inquiry into Healthcare Funding has today announced the formation of its Expert Advisory Panel.



The Special Commission of Inquiry into Healthcare Funding has today announced the formation of its Expert Advisory Panel, a group of leading academics and healthcare professionals tasked with providing critical insights into the complex challenges facing the NSW public health system.

The panel will assist the inquiry as it looks into the core issues impacting the delivery of high-quality, equitable and patient-centred care in NSW.

The panel comprises academics, clinicians and healthcare leaders, bringing a range of expertise and ensuring representation from across the spectrum of healthcare delivery and research.

The panel will meet in-person on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, in Sydney.

The panel will meet throughout the Inquiry and will look into key themes that are central to the Inquiry's Terms of Reference.
